Delightful Clutch

One of our readers, Susie, challenged me to re-fashion an old pair of jeans.

Blah: a tired old pair

TADA!: cut it up, sew it back and turn it into a classy clutch

Perfect for an afternoon with the girls
or
a night on the town!

See you tomorrow!

  14. Thanks Lisa! I'm sorry I don't have a pattern for this clutch...like most of the things I make, they happen organically. I based it on a clutch I own (to determine the size), used 2 pieces of denim (one piece longer than the other to be used as a flap). Since I'm not good with zippers, I used this flap to "close" the bag and added snap buttons. I embellished the bag with overlapping denim circles, more denim trim (made into curls)and silver sequins. Hope this helps!
