Hey, hey, it's Friday.
Happy first day of October also!
We've been prettifying fabric softener sheets
all this week, and I've got one last idea:
Blah: used dryer sheets
Tada! Festive party decorations inspired
by these Mexican paper flags:
Image via wide open spaces
A pair of scissors is all you need to make
these random cut-outs.
{I wanted to add colors to it but the ingredients in
the dryer sheet kept from absorbing my chosen dye.}
And because these sheets are still fragrant even
after use, your party space will be
smelling good, too.
Have a great, great weekend!
Claire..wonderful ideas this week on how to use up used dryer sheets.
ReplyDeleteGreat 'thinking outside the box'!
Aw Betty! You just brightened up my day (and it's raining hard outside)! Thanks for all your encouragement. Please have a fabulous weekend! :)
ReplyDeleteOh so pretty and smells good. I need to do one of these dryer sheet crafts. We have a half used box that I can't use anymore because it gives my kids eczema. This would be great!

ReplyDeleteYour blog is pretty sweet. I liked the necklaces, too! :) I have a special use for paper towel rolls - Maybe I'll write a post about it and link to your blog! Would you like that?
Thanks so much Gabi for all your visits! I'm happy that you like my projects and are inspired to do some blah-to-Tada! yourself :) Yes, please share your paper towel roll idea -- recycling rocks!
